bday cake

Today is Mommy’s birthday. (Also 3 of my friends - Chian Huey, Cho Chun and Jiao Chee) Sadly, I’m not home to celebrate mom’s birthday this year and that made me shed a lot of tears (partly because of homesick). I called my mom just now and she’s happy to hear me wishing her. We talked for quite a while.

I’m missing my mom so much. :’( Mom is a wonderful lady and that I loved her so much. Nothing else on earth can replace her. Mom’s only hope for me is that I get my degree and go back home. And that’s a big present for my mom. I will never let her down.

Happy Birthday, Mommy. Love you lots ;)

Back Here Again

Bad News - 1

3 weeks of holiday is neither long nor short. It’s like in the middle of comparing a short holiday and a long holiday. Whatever it is. It just ended yesterday and I’m being sent back to PJ to continue the remaining semester for the year. I’m being emotional again, as usual to leave home, though I may be going back on weekends. It’s a feeling that I can’t resist but deep in my mind is telling me that I still have a mission to accomplish. I was having fun at home with everyone, mom, dad, sisters, Ryan and Dolly. They kept me busy all the time by doing this and that. I occupied myself too, with TV series. But when I got back to PJ, everything is back to the way it used to be when I was here for the past 4 months. I was moody, homesick, emo, bla bla bla you name it. I’m getting all the feelings back again although I’m supposed to get used to it, but it remained the same. I just couldn’t be separated from family. Being too sticky.

Bad News - 2

My dad’s car got broke in this morning at wee hours. As what my sisters had said, the car’s alarm started to rang and my neighbour called and she said something is wrong with the car. My sis got up cos she heard Buckie the dog barked and she also heard the phone rang too. She answered and then quickly rushed to get my dad to fix the alarm. Well, little that they known that there were thieves there trying to break in and steal stuffs. My neighbour thought it was just the alarm and she didn’t know about the thieves. They fled when my dad went outside of the house and they took keys, Smart Tag and some tools from the drawer. Well, they left the HiFi set which cost the most.

After 3 weeks, it’s Fathers’ Day. I hope to be back at home celebrating it together and it’s gonna be real fun. I’m just waiting for the time to come and I will be myself again. Anyway, I will be having 3 months holiday after the final exam ends. It’s time for home again and happy moments will be waiting for me at home.

Good News - 2

Today was the 1st day of the 2nd semester for EL Y1S2 group. We won’t be having tutorials in the 1st week and Friday is a non-study day! WooHoo! Since this week is free from tutorials, this coming Thursday will be a free day too except for one lecture class at the end of the day. It’s really good to have Free Friday but classes end at 530pm on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. Wednesday is an activity day and my class for that day ends at 1pm which is earlier than the one we had last semester.

Anyway, that’s all and Chiaoz ;)

Home Sweet Home

Oh well, I haven’t blog since the day I was home . Being lazy is a part of the reasons why this blog is abondoned for almost a week. [=P] Here I am, back at my lovely home for the semester break as long as 3 weeks! I was amazed by how fast the time had passed, from day1 I was in KL and now that I’ve completed the 1st sem. Of course, I passed my exams! [hehe]

What am I going to do during this holiday? I’m going to sharpen my Japanese Language, be active in dancing again and practise my driving. [?] I haven’t been driving for quite a long time. Oh my, will I be a noob again? [haha] Well, Galvin Kor is coming up here tonight but he has a mission to complete, which is none photo-shooting. Umm, talking about photography, I’m going to get myself a camera for my birthday this year. [*hint hint* lolz] Canon, it will be. Only with a camera in your hands that the skill will be improved. I’m deeply in love with photography. But I’m being too lazy to attend the society’s meetings and join in the fun, all because that I’m alone, maybe that I’m anti-social? [ya right, lolz]

Anyway, that’s all for today’s blog. I WANT SPIDEY! I WANT SPIDEY! *faintz* Chiaoz ;)

Unwell

Okay. I’m down with fever. I was having severe headache and it’s banging from the inside so badly that I couldn’t even move abit. I didn’t eat anything and slept for the whole day. My body was swaying while I was dragging myself just to release my little urinary bag and that was really suffering. Time passed really slow though, I could hardly sleep because of the headache., I think it’s major migraine. Kor took to me to the nearest clinic and doctor said I had fever as high as 102 Fahrenheit. That should be high, right? Oh well, I have no idea where I get this fever from. Must have been some viral fever that being contagious to me. >..<”

Look what I have to eat, which cost rm35. 1 - stronger kind of Panadol (in orange), 2. - Antibiotics (in capsules), 3 - Cough syrup (taste like Sarsi but it sucks, really), 4 - Piriton (in yellow but it’s hidden from the picture, lol, that’s medicine to get you knocked out!)

medicine

Well, I didn’t start studying for Monday’s exam yet. I’m dead. All credits for the fever. =,= Sigh. Anyway, I think the medicine has taken its effects now. I’m off to bed. Chiaoz ;)

Road Trip to Malacca

going places 4 Comments »

Since it’s holiday, the foosers decided to make a trip down Malacca for the sake of being too free. I had nothing to do and of course I wouldn’t hesitate to follow them. There were 7 of us (myself, Kor, Rad, Damien kor, Cyrus, *Tanka and Farid) *they were on their way back to Singapore. We were like complete tourists especially when Kor brought out his Canon 350D! Well, of course he was busy with his hobby, capturing every inch of Malacca *lol* and the rest of us just hanging around, did some camwhoring as well.

The first stop was at Tengkera, where we had Mee Sup and Popia Goreng, they didn’t taste as good though, but we were hungry so we ate whatever is served. Their Milo Ais sucks, I can even make better ones =,=” Well, after that, we headed to the historical Stadyus building which is all in red. Nothing much but just taking photos around the area and we had Cendol opposite the road. I still prefer the Cendol nearby my house in BM, taste much nicer with bigger red beans.

Malacca Trip

Next destination was Kota A’famosa. I haven’t been there before or I did, I can’t recall any of it. Anyway, maybe I’d got it mixed up with Fort Cornwallis in Penang. It looks much bigger and nicer compared to Malacca’s one (not being biased but just comparing though, heehee). We climbed up the stairs and some people being lazy and start complaining already! (guess who? haha) There were some crafted stone plates left by those Portuguese and they have Dutch graveyard there. I have no idea what’s on the plates, but I saw the word “Malacca” with its exact spelling is already exist back then. There is also a statue of a one-handed fellow, nicely crafted out of marble. His right hand looked like it was being chopped somewhere the middle part of the arm and another hand is holding a cross. Well, time to look up for more information about Malacca’s history. My memory is bad, I couldn’t remember much about the history that I’d learned back in secondary school *haha*.

It’s dinner time and we went for Satay Celup. Again, I have no idea where is that place =P Satay Celup is so much similar to Lok-Lok, there’s a pot of soup in the middle of the table and we dip the food into it and wait for it to be cooked. So does Satay Celup, the only difference is the pot of soup is actually the Satay’s gravy. Nothing so special though, as I was wondering if I put in the cockles (si harm) into it together with the blood as well as other food, and the gravy will still be in used for the next group of people to eat at the same table. (I hope I don’t downgrade the food, it still taste good) *lolz* The most consumable person is Farid!! He ate like 25 sticks and the total of Satay sticks were 73, summed up to about rm53. Damn big Singaporean eater *haha* We went back to KL after that while Tanka and Farid headed back to Singapore.

Well, I didn’t really enjoy the food though, I’m down with fever, cough and now sore throat. Bad Bad Bad. But it didn’t spoil my day, but having fun with the rest of the gang instead. I’m looking forward for more of this man! Hahaa~ I’m gonna get my lunch now, so Chiaoz ;)

p/s: I haven’t blog about the trip to Sg. Wang/Timesquare with my course mates yet though. I’m lazy! *grins*
