Happy 44th Birthday, Malaysia

16 September, mark of the 44th year of the formation of Malaysia, which includes Federation of Malaya, Sabah and Sarawak. It’s called “Hari Malaysia”.

  • Why isn’t anybody celebrating this day?
  • Are they ignoring it just because “Hari Merdeka” says it all?
  • How many people would actually care about the history of Malaysia?
  • Aren’t we proud of the historians who formed Malaysia at that time?
  • How do those East Malaysians feel when 16 September is being ignored?
  • If they feel discontent, why isn’t anybody voice them out?
  • What is the action taken?
  • Who can answer my questions?

Sigh. This is unfair.
