Anyway, needless to say that I actually won the contest. I ain’t telling no lies, I’ve got proof (scroll down to see those photos).

Prize is a carton of this energy drink, which sent to my house in hometown though. Reason why I asked them to send it to BM is due to some complaints like “i still havent get my prize!! super more than 1 month adi” from toruhikaru (012-456++++), “until now not get the prize” from terichteh and many more, can actually read them from the website itself. I’m afraid for not getting them if I gave them my PJ house address, because the fact that I’m going back for holidays after exams.

Well, I’ve gotten the drinks! Woo hoo! I requested Kor to taste it and he said it tastes somewhat like Red Bull. Let me paste the chat box. Forgive me, but I’m super excited. Maybe this could be a kickstart to boost my mood up to study for exams! Haha.

Oh, goodie. Energy drink for energetic person like me. Haha. So uhh, yah, before I forgot, I must thank my friend, Chris (toruhikaru) for asking me to join this contest once upon a time ago. I was ignoring the contest as I was rather busy at that point of time. Chris did bug me to join and I finally gave in and took a few minutes for it. POOFs! I won and got the prize! But, poor Chris, he hasn’t got his yet. Pity. I guess it consumes time, just wait patiently for it to come. You don’t lose anything if it doesn’t arrive at your doorstep.

I apologised for not updating you for 2 weeks, my bad. Been abandoned you for goodness sake. My life has been so miserable with tonnes of assignments, quizzes and etc. Didn’t have any good night sleeps for that particular week when I was striving to finish up my work. Last minute job, as usual. I mean only for this sem though. Regretted so much for doing it at the 11th hour. Here, I vow to myself that I will handle my work efficiently for the next few semesters to come.

But, it’s all over now. Currently having a good 13 days of break, I mean study break, as in for exams. Right. Exams. Sucks. Coursework marks are only average. Man, I need to buck up for the finals, I just want to maintain my grades. That’s the only hope.

Been busy with lots of things these few days. Settling with Michelle’s birthday. It was cool, pictures are uploaded in friendster, if you want to see them. I compiled them into some collages though. We actually planned this before hand and the bigger surprise is focusing onto Little Angel, Viv. Her birthday comes a day before Michelle’s, 1st and 2nd September.

Anyway, I’m kinda lazy already. My sister (Julea) is here and I’m so happy to see her. But, I still feel lonely. The homesick-ness is back! Perhaps it’s because I haven’t gone home for a long time. Guess it’s like for a month or so, yea, for sure it’s more than a month now. And I only can get to go home end of September. Oh well, patient is all I have to do now.

Oh yea, Merdeka Day yesterday. How cool was it, anyway? It’s a good thing to be celebrate when everybody stands as one. If you ask anyone out there a question that sounds like this “What do you hope for on Merdeka Day?” You can get answers like; “Of course the public holiday lah! Been busy for the whole fuken week, now only can get to rest.” or “I don’t give a damn about Merdeka lah. Nothing to be celebrated about also. It’s not like we’re benefiting from it.” or “The fireworks lah! Damn nice wan!” or “I will be at Dataran Merdeka like how I used to be annually. It’s been great to be one of them watching the parades and the beauty of it.”

Well, I’m not being a pessimist here. But then again, these answers are typical from the rakyat. As for me, my answer will be; “Nothing to do on Merdeka. I just don’t understand why people is doing the Merdeka eve party thingy. Most of us don’t exult about how Malaya gained independence in 1957 or how Malaysia was formed in 1963. People just tend to forget the history and just blindly follow whatever they see.”

I see roads are newly tarred, brand-new flags are hung, landscape plants are once again renewed, lamps of national flower are to be seen on the roads, Pm’s faces are everywhere on huge bantings, and bla bla bla, do you? Point is, we only get to see this on a year’s basis. It’s only when big occasions like this, people are forced to put on these to show, err, patriotism? We show our love to the country only on Merdeka Day’s anniversary? I wonder.

I think I should be sleeping. Let’s just hope that I can do so. I’m a little bit of confused. More like I don’t know what I’m feeling right now. Maybe it’s because I’m having holidays but at the same time, I need to study for exams. Not fun at all.

Nevertheless, my pillow is calling me. I wish I have Ginger here with me. I miss my Ginger so much. Sigh. I want to go home!! Uggghh. Signing out now. Chiaoz.
