I woke up this morning and I felt weird. For instance, I’ve gotten a sore throat. Then I was sneezing like some feathers are tickling my nose. Fine. Scrap that wash-out moment in the bathroom alright. My tummy was calling for food, so I went down and saw some slices of bread. I told Mom that I wanted to do something with the breads so she let me.

Here’s how I made fried bread with egg.

  • First, break two eggs put in two table spoon of sugar in a plate. Castor or rock, it’s up to you to be smart. Beat the egg like you supposed to do and get your non-stick pan heated up.
  • The next thing you do is to cut the slices of bread into halves. Dip the bread into the plate of eggs and sugar and start frying them. Of course it’s at low heat else you shall get over-barbecued bread which you will see them in the trash later on.
  • It’s all ready to be served. Easy right? Yeah? Yeah.

What’s next in the blog for today? Let’s see.
I somehow felt there’s an awkward silence in the house since last night. There’s too little noise. It’s just instinct that you’ll never ever know where they came from right? I was working yesterday so I was with my eldest sister, nothing much. My second sister was busy at work and she always late for home. Parents were around the house last night during dinner and I didn’t hear much of their voices. Perhaps Dad’s tired of work and Mom’s tired of house work.

I don’t know how to explain this. I just felt weird about it and it’s not nice at all. Goodness! Now I’m tired of thinking already. Enough for today. Rest is required cos I’m sick already. Perhaps I got out at the wrong side of my bed. But I only have one side to get out from bed. What was that suppose to mean?

Chiaoz!

It’s a Sunday morning, I supposed that I can spare some time to check on my blog and perhaps update it.

My dad got into an accident last night. It was neither him being injured nor the beemer that he’s driving got wrecked. He was hitting the brake when the light turned red, but the car behind his was accelerating too fast and crashed into my dad’s car. It was a Proton Iswara, driven by a Malay guy with 2 of his friends. My dad suspected him for not having any car license when it wasn’t him that made the police report. It was his brother.

Thank God that my dad wasn’t hurt. It was rather scary for this to happen again. The 1st time, my dad’s Volvo crashed into a shophouse when he was avoiding a motorcycle. The car was wrecked badly and my dad survived with a cracked elbow. Phew.

Anyway, I made “Kuih Lapis” (layered one), a type of Nyonya delicacy which I followed its recipe from a book. I failed at the first time and I hope I don’t now! Haha! That’s all for now. Chiaoz ;)

3 hours later…

I need only one word. FAILED. I shall try again! Arghhh!
