Done with donation blood on last Friday, 16th Jan which is Dad’s birthday too. It’s been 3 years that I couldn’t celebrate dad’s ‘ngau yat’ (birthday in Cantonese), only wished him via handphone. At least, it’s better than none I’m so anticipating this coming CNY. Why? Cos I get to go home to be with everybody else!! That’s the most exciting part, of course the New Year brings joy too

Anyway back to topic – blood donation. Met Deb too, just like last year when we went there together with Teng. The first time was 360ml and this time the doctor said “you donate 450ml, it’s according to your weight” and so I nodded to him. I supposed what he said was right. Something bothers me, usually people associate blood donation to 1 pint. Exactly how much ml in a pint? I googled and found out that 1 pint is different according to countries. One says it’s 473.2ml, other says it’s 550ml. Such confusing measurement. Actually I don’t really care, ml works fine for all kinds of liquid. ;P

So long didn’t open this blogpage dy. Sorry ah guys, didn’t visit blogs during the holiday. Btw, Happy New Year. Too late to wish, I know. Holiday ma, got time also go play with Ryan la. So many other fun things to do with mom, dad and chey at home, where got time to blog leh. Oh ya, I spent every nights watching Journey To The West, sleeping in the living hall. Silly me, haha. Mom always ask me to my own room to sleep cos she said she couldn’t sweep the floor every morning. Hehe.

School started la, 3rd year now, which means it’s the last year studying in Utar. Everyone including me now struggling for Fyp, so much research to do. I’m not complaining, just ranting only. This time, the schedule is a little bit problematic cos classes end at 6 on Monday and 730 on Thursday. We all hated classes that end late, especially those who take public buses to go home. Pity them, girls should be home before it’s dark, unless got car la. But, still have to be home early. Dangerous ma. Paling benci classes on Saturday also. Eeeee! The same lecturer again, wonder what kinda faces she gonna show us this coming Saturday. Hopefully she’d changed and will do her part-time lecturing seriously. Tuesday and Wednesday are off-days. I’d rather they push Thursday’s and Friday’s classes to Tuesday and Wednesday, then we’ll have a longer weekend. But then again, we can’t make any changes also la. Just gotta accept it.

A blood-donation-campaign notice caught my eyes on the first day back to school. Luckily it’s held at PB block this coming Thursday and Friday. I’ve been waiting for this quite long dy. Now came a chance for me to go donate my blood. How can a person be so excited to do blood donation? I’m really silly. If anyone wants to join me, let me know la, we all go together-gether. Hehe.

Back to school brings homesick feeling. Sigh.
